Twenty years ago, the term "Muay Thai" (Thai Boxing) in Hong Kong meant professional martial art and combat sports instead of a healthy fitness sport. Antony Au pioneered this transformation 18 years ago with Swish Club, a Thai boxing training and fitness center, since 2003. With 18 years of excellence, Swish Club believes the speed and strength of Muay Thai can spark off positive changes in our students.
